As I explained in the piece preceding the recipe I don't really care for spice in my oatmeal cookies...especially the Scotchies...and the recipe calls for cinnamon. I failed to include it in the recipe section, but have gone back and edited to include it. As I explained in the piece preceding the recipe I don’t really care for spice in my oatmeal cookies…especially the Scotchies…and the recipe calls for cinnamon. I failed to include it in the recipe section, but have gone back and edited to include it.

By the way, as I’ve explain, I’ve been making these cookies for years without the cinnamon…to rave reivews.
